We’ve developed AI models to automatically detect every mention of your brand in creator posts. First, we define your brand’s official social handles and approved keywords. Then our AI continuously scans all major platforms, matching exactly on those handles and keywords to ensure complete coverage of your brand mentions.
When a match is found, the model analyzes context to filter out unrelated uses of the same word. For example, if your brand is Apple, it would ignore a recipe post about “apple pie.”
The result? Reliable tracking of every creator post that references your brand. For even greater precision, you can fine-tune your tracking in Campaigns by adding specific keywords you want to include or exclude.
How to get started with the new Campaigns

- If your goal is to capture all content about your brand in your campaign, select “track all brand mentions” in your campaign setup flow. Then, if you have specific campaign keywords or hashtags you want your creators to use, add those in too. Exclude keywords as needed—like #sponsored if you only want to pull in organic content.
