AI Insights on Top Posts within BenchmarkIQ (In Beta)

Your competitive analysis workflow just got a lot faster. AI Insights on Top Posts automatically analyzes a brand's highest-performing creator content and surfaces the products, sub-brands, product categories, and campaigns that appear most frequently. Visualized as interactive bar charts you can filter and drill into, what used to take a manual read-through of dozens of posts can now surface in minutes.

Find these new insights within your Brand Insights > Top Posts view and requires 10+ top posts to activate.

New YouTube Metrics Available from the YouTube Creator Partnership API

When you use the YouTube Creator Partnership (YTCP) API campaign workflow, you now get added benefits on top of streamlined disclosures and paid boosting permissions: additional data without authentication.

For the first time, you'll get a breakout of paid and organic metrics and deep post-level data, including audience insights, so you can better evaluate performance and optimize future campaigns.

View the paid, organic, and combined breakdowns of views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, average completion percentage, audience demographics, and top countries all  within the Statistics section of your Campaigns in a new tab called ‘YTCP Video Insights’ when you have your creators use a YTCP campaign code.

Follower Data for Community-only Creators

Follower data is now available for  Community-only creators — those who aren't sourced through Discovery but are instead manually added or imported. For most creators, this surfaces automatically with no action needed. For brand-new creators with no existing data on file, a "Refresh Audience Data" button triggers a manual pull. This means fewer blank profiles and a more consistent experience across your Discovery and Community workflows.

Upgrades that make execution easier and more efficient across your program.

bulk messaging creators may release notes

Bulk Message Creators in Your Community (Coming May 28th)

Creator outreach used to be capped at 200 and require a campaign wrapper. Not anymore. You can now select up to 1,000 creators directly from your Community and message them in bulk — no campaign required.

This opens the door to prospecting and recruitment, relationship check-ins, brand updates and announcements, and newsletter-style communications that never quite fit inside a campaign structure so you can drive better communication and relationship management and build an effective, efficient community engagement strategy.

Get Latest Posts on demand in Campaigns

Available as of May 20th, the new "Fetch Latest Posts" button lets you pull in the most recent posts and performance data from a campaign on demand, retrieving content from up to the past 90 days with results ready within 30 minutes. No more waiting on the standard sync cycle when you need updates right away.
