Introducing Collaborator Access for Creator Dashboards
Creators today are running real businesses. As their teams grow, they need tools that make collaboration simple and secure.
With collaborator access for Creator Dashboards, creators will be able invite managers, agents, and team members to access their dashboards directly. That means better visibility, smoother communication, and more efficient partnerships from the start.
In our recent State of Creator Compensation report, we found that 62% of creators work with operational support—from full-time employees to part-time freelancers. As creator marketing matures, creators are operating more like professional publishers, investing significant time and resources into their content and brand relationships.
We’re building CreatorIQ to reflect that reality—making it easier for your program to work not just with creators, but with the teams behind them.
What’s new?
CreatorIQ Recruit will soon include multi-user access for your Creator Dashboards. Meaning multiple people can securely access and manage the same creator profile within your Creator Dashboard.
Creators and collaborators can:
-
Invite other collaborators
-
Manage and revoke access
-
Switch between creator profiles they have access to—all from a single login
This is the same dashboard experience your creators use today, with expanded access controls.
How does it work?
The first person who signs up for a creator profile becomes the profile owner. That owner manages access and can invite collaborators directly from the dashboard.
Access is invite-based, transferrable, and revocable. Collaborators can also switch between creator profiles they have access to under the same brand or agency.
Note that access remains brand-specific. If a creator or collaborator works with multiple CreatorIQ customers, their logins remain separate for each brand or agency.
Who can use it?
Collaborator access will be available to customers using CreatorIQ Recruit, our enterprise-grade recruitment portals for high-volume intake and data collection.
For brands and agencies using CreatorIQ Recruit, any creator in your network can invite collaborators to their dashboard.
This capability will not be included in the basic Creator Dashboard. If you’re unsure if you have access, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Partner to confirm.
How will it benefit my program?
Creators increasingly work with managers, agencies, and other collaborators to manage campaigns, payments, and partnerships. Supporting multiple users on a single dashboard removes friction from onboarding and day-to-day collaboration.
It also eliminates the need for shared passwords or duplicate logins—improving security while aligning with how creators actually operate.
For your team, that means faster communication, fewer delays, and smoother execution across partnerships.
How do I get started?
Continue inviting creators to the Creator Dashboard as you do today. Once they join, they’ll manage collaborator access directly within their dashboard. You can see any collaborators a creator has added by navigating to their creator profile.
If you use CreatorIQ Recruit and frequently work with professionally managed creators, we recommend sharing this update with them so their teams can take advantage of it as soon as it’s live.
Don’t have CreatorIQ Recruit? Ask your Customer Success Partner about adding powerful creator recruiting workflows and multi-user access to your program.
Creator marketing continues to evolve, and so do the teams behind it. As creators professionalize, the infrastructure supporting them needs to keep pace.
Collaborator access is one more step toward a more seamless, secure, and scalable partnership model for brands and creators alike.
