Get a Holistic View of Your Community

Successful brands don’t rely on one-off creator campaigns. They build lasting communities of creators who drive meaningful, sustained engagement. But many teams still manage creator relationships with spreadsheets or CRMs that weren’t designed for a dynamic approach to creator marketing.

Community in the new CreatorIQ changes that. It’s a centralized, real-time hub for managing all the creators and content connected to your brand. With AI-powered content tracking, top-level health and performance insights, and rich creator profiles, you can build a stronger community and make smarter decisions for your program.

Here’s how the new Community experience delivers a holistic, actionable view of your entire creator network.

What is Community in CreatorIQ?

Community is your dedicated space for understanding the true impact of your creator network and managing partnerships more effectively. It offers a single, streamlined hub to monitor, measure, and strengthen your creator relationships at scale.

What’s included:

  • Automated content tracking: Powered by CreatorIQ’s AI models, instantly capture and analyze all creator content about your brand, from campaign posts to organic mentions.

  • Community-wide insights: Get a clear view of your overall creator community health with aggregated metrics on performance and posting frequency.

  • Comprehensive creator profiles: Access each creator’s complete social presence, recent content, and full relationship history with your brand.

  • Centralized messaging: Maintain a single, organized view of all communications with creators across your campaigns.

By providing a clear, real-time view of creator performance and content, Community helps you foster a network of creators that drive real value.

How is Community Different from a CRM?

While traditional CRMs help you manage individual creator relationships, Community delivers a holistic view of your entire network’s performance along with a centralized hub for all content about your brand. It’s a smarter, more complete way to manage your creator program and scale what works.

Traditional CRM

CreatorIQ Community

Individual creator insights

Provides community-wide metrics along with detailed individual creator data.

View of recent content

Automatically tracks all creator content that mentions your brand—including campaign posts and organic mentions.

Creator-focused views only

Includes content-first views that make it easy to see what creator content is performing best across your creator program.

No creator groupings

Creator groups based on how consistently creators talk about you, so you can foster a loyal, engaged network.

Data-focused creator profiles

Rich profiles that include robust data, relationship details, and all recent content, giving you complete context on every creator.

With Community, you can automatically capture the full impact of your creator marketing efforts and cultivate an actively engaged and high-performing network of creators.

Why is a Complete View of Your Creator Community Important?

  • Strengthen long-term partnerships: Retain creators over time to grow your community and build loyalty. Re-engage those who’ve gone quiet, and nurture your most engaged partners.

  • Spot program-wide performance trends: See aggregate performance data for your entire community, with filters for regions, platforms, timeframes, and more to evaluate what’s working.

  • Capture the true impact of your creator program: Use AI-powered brand mention tracking to capture all creator content, including organic mentions, for a complete view of your program’s impact.

  • Make content-driven strategy decisions: Identify top-performing content across organic and paid posts to inform what content to amplify and which strategies to invest in.

How to Implement a Community-Driven Strategy

  • Make Community your new home base. Build a habit of returning to your Community regularly to keep a pulse on what content and campaign strategies are driving the biggest impact on your program.

  • Review your creator groups and plot your engagement strategy. In the Creators tab, you’ll see toggles for Retained, New, Lost, and Potential creators. These are quick shortcuts to help you understand how engaged your creators are over time.
    • New and Retained: Focus on nurturing continued engagement.
    • Lost and Potential: Plan outreach to re-engage or spark interest.

  • Review your Community content for strategic insights. Your Content tab is key to uncovering which content types and styles perform best. Filter by specific timeframes or platforms and sort by key performance metrics like Engagements, Impressions, and EMV to align with the outcomes you’re driving.

  • Head to your Community when you’re planning your next campaign. When you're ready to kick off a new campaign, start in Community to find the right creators.
    • Use groups to re-engage past collaborators, discover new talent, or activate loyal advocates.
    • Filter by performance and preferred channels to surface high-performing partners.
    • Always review profiles for content quality and brand alignment.
