Los Angeles, CA — June 10, 2025 — CreatorIQ, the leading enterprise creator marketing platform, today announced two strategic appointments: Jennifer Cho joins as Chief Customer Officer, and Brig Graff as Senior Vice President of Strategic Services. Together, their leadership will support CreatorIQ’s 1,400+ global customers in navigating increased investment, growing campaign complexity, and the rising demand for measurable business outcomes. These appointments come at a time when marketers are navigating unprecedented platform fragmentation, AI-driven disruption, and growing executive pressure to tie creator campaigns directly to business results. They also come on the heels of CreatorIQ’s recent investments in expanding measurement capabilities, supporting EMEA partners, and sharing the vision for the new CreatorIQ platform, launching later this year.

Together, the appointments underscore CreatorIQ’s commitment to deliver not just technology, but the strategic partnership brands and their agency partners need to navigate rising investment, increased complexity, and performance accountability in the creator economy. With more than 1,400 customers globally—many launching more campaigns than ever before across new regions, platforms, and use cases—CreatorIQ is scaling its leadership to help customers evolve creator programs into engines of growth in an increasingly competitive market.

This is a pivotal moment in our industry, and we intend to lead it.”

Reporting directly to Harrington, Cho will oversee initiatives to strengthen customer partnerships and deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint—ensuring brands receive unmatched value from the CreatorIQ platform and team.

“As a lifelong marketer who has worked across every facet of the discipline, I believe creator marketing has emerged as the nucleus of modern brand strategy,” said Jennifer Cho, Chief Customer Officer at CreatorIQ. “As a former customer, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the platform is. Now, I’m excited to help shape how we support our customers globally—unlocking insights, staying ahead of trends, and building the future of our industry together. Our goal is to empower every customer to lead in their space, with CreatorIQ as their most trusted partner.”

Brig Graff Appointed SVP of Strategic Services

To support this expanded mission, CreatorIQ has also appointed Brig Graff as Senior Vice President of Strategic Services. A veteran of Adobe, Overstock, and several high-growth technology companies, Graff brings deep expertise in data-driven transformation, AI-powered marketing strategy, and global service delivery.

Graff’s team will work closely with enterprise clients to provide high-impact guidance around AI, measurement, campaign innovation, and platform optimization—ensuring that brands not only scale, but do so with confidence and clarity around ROI.

“There is a massive shift happening right now in enterprise digital marketing. The most forward-thinking brands are now often collaborating with a community of thousands, or even tens of thousands, of creators. But for a proper enterprise marketer to manage that world effectively requires a platform that can scale to analyze billions of views of content, across a whole universe of creators and consumer reactions,” said Brig Graff, CreatorIQ SVP of Strategic Services. “It’s clear that CreatorIQ has become the premier platform for managing enterprise grade creator campaigns and AI-driven brand safety, across the full marketing funnel, with robust analytical rigor, and I’m thrilled to join the leader in this space.”

These leadership additions support CreatorIQ’s broader strategy to become the indispensable partner for global brands and agencies. In addition to a forthcoming product platform relaunch, the company is expanding managed services, AI-powered analytics, and custom measurement frameworks, enabling marketing leaders to prove and improve the impact of creator investments.

A core focus of this strategy is helping establish a new measurement standard for the creator economy—one that connects creator performance to business outcomes and positions creator marketing alongside other enterprise marketing investments. “This industry reminds me of where web analytics was in the early 2000s: fragmented, promising, but in need of standardization,” said Harrington. “We’re committed to helping the industry mature and unify around meaningful, trusted metrics.”
